Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in some cases a 5% re-stocking fee may be applied. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If payment made by Paypal this process is alot quicker.

If you need to return an item, simply email orders@arksupplies.com.au with your order number and details and reason for return. We'll then notify you via e-mail what the next step you need to take.

Shipping

Shipping for our web orders are shipped with tracking information, and comes as a flat rate amount of $8 for VIC, $10 for ACT and NSW, $14.50 for rest of AUST(Different rates apply for our 14 day account holders). Some larger items, eg statues and Nativity sets have set postage cost. We send all parcels through Australia Post eParcel system which requires a signature on delivery. You should receive tracking information direct from Australia post. If you give us instructions to leave without a signature then we will not be responsible if parcel goes astray.

Shipping guide: Melbourne and Vic and Tasmania 1-3 business days; Sydney, Canberra/ACT and Adelaide 2-4 business days; NSW, SA 4 business days; WA, NT and QLD Country 5-10 business days. Unfortunately we are not in a position to guarantee the delivery time. We can only guarantee when we send your order. Once we hand over the parcel to Australia Post, we have no control of it. At rare times, Australia post can be late. You are emailed/text the tracking number from Australia Post on day of dispatch so you can track on-line.

Express Post is not offered, if order is needed by a particular date please write under "Comments" at checkout and we will do our best, please do not expect next day delivery!

We do not ship outside of Australia.

In all cases, if choosing to pay by Bank Deposit, the order will be processed the next Business Day, once payment can be viewed on-line NB: Orders made on weekend the payment is not visible until Tuesday (or email a copy of your on-line receipt of deposit for quicker response time).

When you place an order, please allow upto 10 business days (we do have "Live" stock levels on our website but sometimes there are stock errors), but more often than not, we strive to ship within 2 business days of order placed and funds cleared. 

Note: "Awaiting Fulfillment" at order status covers internal working at our warehouse i.e. ordering in your requirements or delays during busy times, these delays can be 1-7 business days.

 

If an item is currently out of stock you will be notified by email and asked if you want to wait, cancel (refund on item) or choose another item if the delay is longer than 7 days. If there is no similar item and we cannot supply we will quickly refund your order and notify you via email.
